Terms and Conditions

A non-returnable deposit of £25 is required to secure a reservation.
There is a 48 hour cancellation policy. Guests who cancel less that 48 hours from the arrival time will be liable for the first night’s charge.
Guests leaving before their arranged departure date will be liable for one day’s accommodation charge. If the room can be re-let then the cancellation fee will be waived.
Guests will be liable for any breakages or damage.
Arrivals are from 4 o’clock to 6 o’clock. Late arrivals can be arranged when booking or by telephone.
Rooms are to be vacated by 10 o'clock.
Evening meals are by prior arrangement only.
